EAT: A LEVITATING PLATES DINING EXPERIENCE: Marking its first anniversary celebration, Doors Freestyle Grill is set to bring another ‘first’ to Dubai’s culinary landscape with the introduction of ‘levitating plates’ to your table. FOODIE EXPERIENCE: BECOME A MASTERCHEF: Participating at the Dubai Food Festival 2020, MasterChef, the TV Experience restaurant, the world’s first dining concept based on the hit TV series, is set to offer residents a chance to learn and recreate several dishes from some of the former MasterChef champions around the world. Fans of the show now have a chance to learn some of Head Chef, Margarita Vaamonde-Beggs’ culinary secrets, at an intimate one-off masterclass, taking place on Saturday, March 7 from 5pm onwards at the Millennium Place Marina. Participants will not only learn how to cook Beef Tenderloin and Beurre Noisette Puree alongside Peach Tart with Beurre Noisette Foam, the masterclass will be followed by a specially curated three-course menu including the Asparagus and beurre noisette salad followed by both dishes that will be made in the masterclass. EAT: CELEBRATE WORLD LAKSA DAY: World Laksa Day is just around the corner, and Dubai’s The Noodle House is celebrating its love of the fragrant spicy soup with a limited-edition menu of dishes kicking off on Saturday March 6 and running until the rest of the month.
