What sets your leadership style apart, and how do you foster a culture of innovation within your organisation?

At Zaecy, my leadership style is deeply rooted in collaboration, empathy, and shared ownership. I believe in building a culture where everyone feels they are part of one unified team, working towards a common mission.

What sets us apart is that every win is a collective win. We don’t believe in hierarchies when it comes to ideas or achievements. I always try to lead by example - thinking from my team’s perspective, giving them the space and trust to own their work, and treating them not just as colleagues, but as a family.

When people feel respected, empowered, and emotionally connected to a brand, they naturally become more creative and committed. That’s how we foster innovation - not through pressure, but through purpose, positivity, and people-first thinking.

How do you see the MENA region evolving as a business hub, and what role does your company play in this transformation?

The MENA region - especially the UAE - is rapidly transforming into a dynamic business hub, driven by diversification, innovation, and a strong push for entrepreneurship and sustainability. The region’s openness to new ideas, diverse talent pool, and digital adoption are creating fertile ground for brands like Zaecy to not just grow, but thrive.

What strategies have you implemented to enhance customer experience and brand loyalty in an increasingly competitive market?

At Zaecy, customer experience is at the heart of everything we do. In a highly competitive athleisure market, we’ve focused on a few core strategies to stand out and build lasting loyalty:

• Premium quality at accessible prices: We never compromise on fabric quality or garment construction. Customers consistently tell us they love the “premium feel” at a price that feels fair - and that creates trust.

• Thoughtful, original design: Instead of copying trends, we invest in our in-house design and R&D teams to craft pieces that blend style, comfort, and function - catering to all body types, fitness levels, and lifestyles.

• Customer-first approach: We actively listen to feedback, adapt based on real needs, and treat every customer like part of our Zaecy family. Our customer service is warm, responsive, and genuinely invested in satisfaction.

• Inclusive and purpose-driven campaigns: Campaigns like Women’s Day – Power Within, Ramadan – The Power of Pause, and 30x30 Challenges are designed to connect emotionally and inspire a healthier, happier lifestyle. This emotional relevance deepens loyalty.

What recent milestone or achievement are you most proud of, and what’s next on your company’s strategic roadmap?

One of the milestones we’re most proud of at Zaecy is seeing customers choose us not just for our aesthetics, but for how our products make them feel. The heartfelt feedback we receive - about the comfort, unexpected quality, and sense of “premiumness” at a great price - reaffirms our mission. Our decision to deliver premium quality at accessible pricing has clearly resonated, validating the strength of our customer-first approach.

Another recent highlight was opening our new office space - designed as a hub for innovation, creativity, and purposeful collaboration. It’s more than just a workplace; it’s the heart of Zaecy’s evolving journey.

To enhance product performance and meet seasonal needs, we’ve been actively developing innovative fabric technologies. One of our proudest introductions is the Cool Wave Technology, specially designed for summer wear.

This fabric keeps the body cool and comfortable, making it ideal for the region’s climate. Additionally, our new Airport Edition collection has become a customer favourite. It blends travel-friendly comfort with elevated style, quickly gaining popularity for its versatility and premium feel.
