Mira’s initiative champions wellness from the workplace to the wider community

Dubai: Mira Developments joins this year’s Dubai Fitness Challenge (DFC), the citywide initiative encouraging residents to stay active for 30 minutes a day throughout November. Supporting Dubai’s drive to promote health and community well-being, the company continues to integrate sport and wellness into its corporate culture.
Guided by Mira’s brand vision of placing wellness at the heart of everyday life, the company launched dedicated training zones on Kite Beach in partnership with Technogym. These sessions, led by certified coaches, provide free, high-energy workouts open to the public and aimed at making fitness accessible to everyone.
Reinforcing this commitment internally, Mira hosted ‘Mira Day’, an annual event bringing together employees from across departments for a shared workout across its four Mira Zones: Mira Bootcamp, Mira Box’d, Mira MMA, and Mira Women’s Fitness. The initiative reflects Mira’s belief that wellness begins within the workplace and extends to the wider community.
“Sport and wellness are key pillars for Mira Developments – not only in our projects but in our daily lives,” said Timur Mamaikhanov, Co-Founder and CEO of Mira Developments. “If we encourage our residents to live actively, we must do the same. Mira Day is where that promise becomes reality — our team leads by example.”
Mira’s participation in the Dubai Fitness Challenge is part of its broader wellness agenda, which includes the upcoming Mira Run in December. Every Mira project is developed with a sport-and-wellness-first approach, featuring thoughtfully designed fitness spaces, outdoor routes, recovery-focused amenities, and community programmes that make active living effortless and sustainable.
