■ Your entrepreneurial journey began at a remarkably young age in Mumbai. How have those early experiences influenced your business philosophy and leadership approach today?
As a young boy from Gujarat with no formal education or degrees, I found my first lessons not in classrooms, but in the streets of Mumbai. Those streets taught me to think fast, stay grounded, and turn adversity into opportunity.
That mindset laid the foundation for my entrepreneurial journey. From those early days to now, I’ve built ventures that are not only successful but socially relevant. One of them, Wisdom Books Trading, has grown into a trusted name with a strong presence across the GCC — serving educational institutions and spreading the power of learning.
With JSK Global Real Estate, we’re creating more than transactions — we’re building trust, long-term value, and a platform that reflects our commitment to community-led growth. What began as a personal pursuit for progress has now evolved into a purpose-driven mission with a global outlook.
■ With the launch of JSK Global Real Estate, you’ve expanded into one of Dubai’s most competitive sectors. What motivated this move, and how does JSK differentiate itself in the real estate landscape?
As an investor, I have great respect for Dubai’s remarkable vision and the leadership that has transformed this city into a land of incredible opportunities. Inspired by this dynamic environment, we established JSK with a strong commitment to transparency and a client-centric approach.
