Valentine's in Cairo
Pregnant singer Nancy Ajram will spend Valentine's Day in Cairo, where she has a concert scheduled. She will meet poets and composers in order to choose songs for her new album while she is in the capital.
The Lebanese singer, who is five months pregnant with her first child, recently finished the shooting of her music video Lamset Eid (A touch of the hand) directed by Leila Kanaan. The song is written by Fares Iskandar, composed by Selim Salameh and arranged by Hady Charara.
The music video tells the story of a girl who works in a nightclub, in an occupied city. She spends the holidays alone missing her boyfriend who works for the resistance. The model that plays the role of Ajram's sweetheart is German and he flew especially from New York to work on the project.
In the music video, which was shot in Aley and Adma in Mount Lebanon, Ajram adopted a look from the forties, to covey the atmosphere of the Second World War.
