Residents urged to renew PO Boxes

DUBAI Emirates Post has urged PO Box holders to renew their subscriptions for 2015. The last date for renewal is January 31, 2015.

The PO Boxes can be renewed at all post offices, postal agencies and through the Emirates Post website (www.epg.gov.ae) through credit card payment.

Those renewing at the post offices will be required to produce their valid national ID card.

Another subscriber

Renewals after the due date of January 31 will be charged a fine. Applicants after February 28 will be permitted to renew only after paying the fines, provided the mailbox has not been transferred to another subscriber.

“We recommend early renewal in order to avoid last-minute rush as well as to enable subscribers to collect and produce additional documents, if required,” said Ibrahim Bin Karam, CEO, Emirates Post Group.
