Nanhe Jaisalmer: Guided By A Star

Set in Jaisalmer, the tale revolves around a 10-year-old boy guide Nanhe, who is obsessed with filmstar Bobby Deol. He eats, drinks and sleeps Bobby who is his dream hero. All this started when Nanhe was just four years old.

He had a chance encounter with the star who was in town for a movie shoot. He cherishes this as his greatest bond with Bobby.

Nanhe's dreams are finally realised when Bobby returns to Jaisalmer for another film shoot. Dwij Yadav as Nanhe puts up an excellent performance.

His empathy, compassion and sorrow can be felt as you experience the innocence in his actions. Bobby Deol does a good job, but there's isn't enough space for him to improvise.

Binod Pradhan's excellent cinematography keeps the audience engrossed throughout the movie. Director Samir. Karnik tries his best, but fails to lift the story.
