"This is the sixth or seventh time I'm coming to Dubai. I remember the first time I came in 2002, I was with Deep Dish and we played for over 3,000 people in an open arena. People are enjoying this style of music more, especially now with the internet. People are becoming more in tune with the scene, many new clubs are opening up, bringing new talent to people's attention. It's evolving, for sure," he said.

Nazari has collaborated with many prominent DJs, such as Danny Tenagila, John Digweed, Carl Cox, and Pete Tong.

"I like to do every thing, Deep House, Tribal, Progressive. If there is a song I heard that I think is a quality record, with a good vocal track then I might remix it," Nazari said. "Sometimes a label asks me to mix a song, and if I think I can do a better version of it then I accept. I just heard one of Black Eyed Peas' new songs and I would love to remix it," he added.

"My style of music is very sexy, it has great rhythms and quality sounds. I also try to make sure that it varies by keeping an eye out for the audience and playing for them, not myself," the DJ explained. "I always aim to make it [the set] the right music for the right place at the right time," he added.

See the DJ live in action on Thursday, October 22nd at Chi @ The Lodge. Doors open from 10pm to 3am. Tickets are Dh100. Ladies free till 11pm.
