Visionnaire, the mega-luxury brand of preference in the interior design sector, has signed two deals in the UAE, for a total value of 32 million euros.

Thanks to its reputation and ongoing pursuit of excellence in the design sector, the brand has achieved remarkable success in terms of expansion in international markets.

The first agreement – signed with the developer Volare – includes an exclusive multi-year license on the Visionnaire brand in the real estate market, making it possible  to use the trademark “Volare by Visionnaire” for ultra-luxury projects in the UAE.

The first project – a villa of 1650 sqm with 3500 sqm of land on Jumeirah Bay Island, in front of the Bulgari Compound, now under construction, will be ready for delivery in Fall 2024.

Thanks to this collaboration, Visionnaire can fully develop its “one-of-a-kind” design expertise in the local real estate context, attracting the company’s fans to invest in iconic property assets that embody the identity and image of the Visionnaire brand.

The second pact, for a value of 8 million euros, has been signed with a prestigious family residing in Dubai, for the creation of a villa with an overall area of 2000 sqm in the heart of the Al Maktoum City (MBR City) district. Visionnaire will be in charge of the interior design and its concept, covering all the fixed and mobile furnishings, lighting and accessories, all the way to the selection of works of art.

Through its expertise and creativity Visionnaire will formulate an extraordinary environment, in which architecture and landscape combine in unique harmony, totally in tune with the environment. The house will be designed with a focus on responsible use of materials, and it will be furnished with products by Visionnaire, which stand out for their crafted quality and attention to detail.

The brand operates in more than 55 countries with over 30 single-brand stores and a network of department and multi-brand stores around the world.
