Finding solutions
"I was watching a late-night documentary that had been shot by a journalist, on a family of seven and how they hardly have enough food to eat and I was so moved. It occurred to me that I want to do these kinds of stories and I know journalists can do a lot to educate people," says Rio Locsin. The veteran actress says she has often dreamt of becoming a news anchor or an investigative journalist on the beat, filing stories that have a human interest angle to them. She adds that given the opportunity, she would not only highlight problems that plague society but try and find solutions to them.
Just friendly dates
Pops Fernandez denies that she and Jo Mari Yllana are into a relationship. This is after rumours that the two are constantly seen together. Fernandez admits that she has gone on dates with Yllana on several occasions but that they are only good friends.
Reel couple only
Fans of Richard Gutierrez and Angel Locsin are sad that the two on-screen partners will not be partners in real life. The two will be seen in the film I will Always Love You which will be screened in movie halls in Manila on February 8.

- Medicine man At a press conference for I Will Always Love You a couple of weeks ago at Lily's Valencia mansion, Richard Gutierrez declared that he had taken care of Angel Locsin when she became ill while in San Francisco. Guiterrez revealed that his mother, Annabelle Rama helped him nurse Locsin back to health.
