Indian comedian Kapil Sharma is bringing his brand of funny back. His Netflix special, 'I'm Not Done Yet’, tells the story of his life and releases on January 28. The stand-up star and host of ‘The Kapil Sharma Show’ has entertained as much he has antagonized people. Here’s a look at some of his most controversial moves.

Sharma was intoxicated on camera when he began to hurl abuse at actor Chandan Prabhakar when Sunil Grover tried to intervene – to terrible effect; Sharma turned on Grover. While Prabhakar and Sharma have reconciled, Grover remains aloof and the fight unresolved.

Mukesh Khanna was the person who picked a fight with Sharma in 2020 when he skipped a guest appearance on the show. Later, he explained his actions, calling the production vulgar. Kumar ridiculed the show’s fans as well.

In 2017, Sharma showed up late to a film shoot for the movie ‘Baadshaho’ , which meant co-star Ajay Devgn walked off the sets after a 15-minute wait. Devgn insisted he wasn’t upset with the comedian, but admitted he left because of the delay he caused.

Marathi actress Deepali Sayyad accused Sharma of misbehaving with her. The reported incident was at a wrap-up party to celebrate the International Marathi Film Festival Awards 2015. Sharma denied the allegations in an interview.

Kapil Sharma once got a dressing down from Amitabh Bachchan! The comedian had appeared on Bachchan’s game show ‘KBC 13’ four hours late and Bachchan have him a light-hearted scolding for it.

Krushna Abhishek has been known as Sharma’s comedy rival but they put it aside when the former made an appearance on ‘The Kapil Sharma Show’. Abhishek made headlines when he had a comic fall while wearing a sari during an episode that featured the team of upcoming movie ‘RRR’ team — that included including director SS Rajamouli and actors Jr NTR, Alia Bhatt and Ram Charan. The fall made him threaten Sharma saying: “Agli baar saree mat pehnana mere ko [Don’t make me wear a saree again].”
