Mawaqif was started in sector E20 with effect from October 1, 2011.
There are many furniture shops around this residential area, and Mawaqif has been fast with regards to installing the parking meters, but not the residents’ permit boards.
Due to this, lots of commercial pick-ups are parked in these spaces day and night and residents find it very, very difficult to find parking at any time of day.
Mawaqif, please implement resident’s parking as early as possible. Intervention is needed to regulate this parking as we are paying for the same, but without any benefits.
