Massive crowding issue a big headache

While at a friend's house in Bur Dubai, I noticed the crowded Bur Dubai Bus Station during the Eid holiday evening. All of these people were gathered to go for their Eid celebrations.
This view can be seen on most weekend holidays and any other holidays in the evenings, normally at the Abu Dhabi and Sharjah bus departing area. During holidays a massive crowding issue is arising and people end up waiting in the queue for a long time. Sometimes people have to wait for half an hour if the line is long. Authorities should consider the holidays and provide additional buses with more frequency. Another issue that authorities should consider is adding more shaded waiting areas.
