I am using a Dunia credit card and I noticed that they had charged me an over-limit fee of Dh325 twice.
I called the customer care department at Dunia, but they don’t seem to care about their customers. Once the credit card is sold, they don’t care anymore.
My card had a positive balance in March 2017 of Dh7,428.92. I received my credit card statement for July and it showed Dh325 charged for two months as over-limit charge, for the months of March and June, even though I had enough balance for both months.
I request Gulf News to kindly help me out in this situation.
