I have had a car loan with Al Masraf Bank in Sharjah, which finally came to an end in April 2016. Now, I am trying to get a car loan/mortgage clearance letter from the bank so that I can renew my car registration. My car registration expired on August 20, 2016. I had visited the branch several times and they said the staff was on leave. When I asked about the manager, she was either on leave, training or not in her seat. This game of charades has been going on since April 2016. Now, I have already renewed my registration, with the mortgage under the bank’s name, even though I cleared the loan in April. I need the car loan clearance letter as soon as possible to end this.

I really feel hopeless in this situation. Kindly help me find a solution, Gulf News.
