On June 20, I decided to book my air ticket to India and Thailand on Jet Airways through their website. While booking the itinerary, as per my ticket booking, the price offered was Dh6,792. When I started booking, I was directed to log in into JetPrivilege miles. Since JP miles was not working (it had an error and this was confirmed by a Jet Airways official at later date), I had to restart the booking. After restarting the booking and logging in as a guest, I was charged Dh7,612 for the same itinerary.

On June 21, to my surprise the same itinerary was available at Dh6,792. I complained to Jet Airways, Dubai, who requested for necessary details to be sent through an email. Later, they refused to refund the excess charged with the excuse that the fares are dynamic.

On July 3, Jet Airways informed us that we should cancel the booking and rebook on a lower fare basis but the prices were much higher by this time.

This is a clear case of cheating and over charging due to system failure of Jet Airways. I would request your help resolve the issue.
