Roaming charge issue

I would like to raise a complaint against etisalat, as they have charged me Dh186 for roaming. The Sim card was only used for one day on January 24. I made two calls and only received one incoming call.

Please help me get a refund, as most customers are not aware of these roaming rates.

Thank you for bringing Mr Kunnumparath’s concerns to our attention. Kindly note that our customer service team has contacted the customer explaining the details of the roaming charges while travelling out of UAE. We would like to state that this matter has been resolved.
