This is with regard to FGB and their credit collection facility. I have a credit card that I have been paying for a period of time and until now I am still paying for it. I have stopped using it a long time ago. Why does the bank still send me credits to pay? I don’t understand this at all.

It is disappointing that every time I ask for an explanation from their collection department about the remaining balance in my credit card, the answer is still the same amount. Where do all my payments go? The inconsistencies with their system is so alarming that I lost my trust already. Do they expect us to pay forever for the debt we no longer owed them?

My credit balance appears to be not lessening despite all my effort to settle it, worse it is becoming huge.

Please address this issue to FGB as soon as possible because it is causing tremendous inconvenience.
