I tried to transfer Dh10 to my mobile phone using a payment machine located at Al Reem Island, Abu Dhabi. This was originally a du number that I recently moved to etisalat. I deposited the amount on March 30, at 11.49am. Till now, the amount has not been transferred to my mobile phone. I called the customer care department of etisalat and as advised by them, I sent an email to care@etisalat.ae. The only reply I got is the automated response. Although I sent numerous reminders afterwards, I didn’t even receive a call from them.

The management of etisalat responds:

Kindly note that the customer did not pay in our machine; it’s a multiple companies’ payment machine and he must contact the number, which he has in receipt, and they should be able to help him. The customer was contacted and informed.
