My credit card with FGB was cancelled without my consent, a few months ago. This happened even though I still had one instalment left. I was paying this amount regularly without any dues. But in August 2016, my bank statement shocked me. The bank wanted an annual membership fee of Dh250. If the card was blocked by the bank itself then why should I have to pay this annual membership fee? Right now, I don’t have a job in the UAE. Please help me to cancel this charge.
