I am using a credit card from Dunia Finance. I received my bank statement and in it, there were membership charges, so because of that, my card went over its limit. I was not informed about these charges when I received the card, nor did the bank executive tell me about it when I was subscribing for it.

Why should there be a deduction from the card balance for membership charges? I didn’t go over the limit by usage — it was because of them adding membership charges without letting me know!

I am hoping for the reversal of my over-limit charges. There is no proper response from Dunia Finance — they just say I have to pay, but why should I pay when I had no information?
