Calling for service

Since the past 10 days, etisalat sim cards have not been working. About 50 employees are facing the same problem in the office, due to which no one was able to call, as there was no network coverage. We called etisalat several times but all in vain.

A representative from 101 said that he lodged our complaint, and for follow-up, another team member would get in touch with us. I asked him what the solution is, and should we go to etisalat’s head office? He said it’s our wish and then the technical team said they would not be sending any etisalat personnel to our office for the coverage issue.

We are using the same sim card for more than five years and now etisalat is not ready to assist us. Where should we go?
