1. Targeted Residential Areas

The City Centre is within easy access to 105,000 residents from surrounding residential areas and communities such as Jumeirah Village Triangle, Jumeirah Village Circle, Dubai Sports City and the IMPZ. It is a 10 minute drive from Motor City and the Arabian Ranches.

2. City Centre Clinic

This community clinic promises quality medical and wellness service to residents and is the second one in Dubai. The City Centre Clinic in Me’aisem is offering two weeks of complimentary GP and Pediatric consultations in celebration of this expansion.

3. Environmental Sustainability

The Me’aisem mall boasts the UAE’s first ever solar panel lighting solution in its parking area. It also features a “Bionest” water recycling system along with water saving taps and saves energy through LEED compliant lights. The City Centre offers a cool and environment friendly shopping experience through its reflective roof membrane that minimizes heat in the interior which in turn saves air conditioning energy and reduces greenhouse gas emissions.

4. Debut Franchises

There are three stores making their debut in UAE at the City Centre Al Me’aisem, 800 Degrees Neapolitan Pizzeria, Cath Kidston and GRK Fresh Greek.

5. The City Centre experience

The exterior landscaping and seating areas featured by the casual dining outlets and cafes are a great addition to the shopping experience at the City Centre. Some casual dining outlets here are 800 Degrees Neapolitan Pizzeria, Chilli’s, GRK Fresh Greek, Leila and Paul Café. The Magic Planet offers a one-stop entertainment option for families and children.

Not to mention anchor stores such as Carrefour, Max, Centrepoint, Sun & Sand Sports and H&M. Cinema halls are not a part of this City Centre but the next phase is intended to bring a good cinema experience as well.
