She conducts an interview for Pia’s Postcards, a lifestyle show for which she will play host, in the Philippines. The series launches in April on Chanel 2. Dubai is the third stopover for the show.
Beauty queen in Dubai
Philippines’ pride Miss Universe 2015 Pia Wurtzbach is in Dubai on her second visit to the UAE after a guest appearance at Dragon Mart 2 in Dubai in 2016.
“Made it to Dubai and ready to meet my fellow Filipinos at the Philip Stein event happening at the Dubai Mall,” she wrote on her Instagram page.
What's her itinerary?
Wurtzbach meets fashion designer, Furne One, at Amato Couture at Dubai Design District On March 15 . Wurtzbach will also visit the Philippine Consul General’s office in Dubai to meet distressed Filipino women in the UAE during her trip. She will also be touring the Dubai Creek in the afternoon.
On the big screen
The beauty queen stars in the romantic comedy, My Perfect You, where she plays "the perfect girl" and hostess to a cheerless guest, portrayed by heartthrob Gerald Anderson. This is their first movie together and fans are looking forward to watching the film, which Gulf News has learnt will be shown in the UAE and the Middle East on March 22.
