Abu Dhabi: LLH Hospital clinched a last-ball thriller over United Bank Limited in the Ace-Pan Global Group Ramadan Twenty20 Cup to send Group A wide open.

Mahmoud Rahman (15 not out) and T.Sibil (19 not out) were the heroes of LLH Hospital, with the pair sharing a match-winning 27-run stand for the sixth wicket in just over three overs to take them over the line.

UBL electing to bat first at the Zayed stadium under lights could manage only 123 for nine with only three of their batsmen — Baber Hussain (39), Aqeel Anwar (21) and Mohammed Ayaz (26) — reaching double figures.

Imran Javed returned with four for 26 from four overs while Touseef Imran and Mohammad Muneer took two wickets each.
