Dubai: The first 3,000 racegoers to today’s Super Saturday race meeting at Meydan Racecourse will win free ticketers to the prestigious Dubai World Cup on March 28.
The lucky racegoers will watch, for free, some of the world’s best horses compete for prize money totalling a staggering $30 million (Dh110 million) in the nine-race card.
The ‘Early Bird’ ticket promotion, which is worth Dh75,000, has been organised courtesy of Al Basti Equiworld, a long-time promoter and supporter of horse racing in the UAE.
In addition Al Basti Equiworld will continue to sponsor the ‘Best Turned Out Competition’, where the groom responsible for the horse selected as the best turned out in each race will receive a certificate and cash prize worth $1500.
Al Basti Equiworld will also offer cash prizes to the winners of the ‘Lucky Dip’ coupon, presented to each racegoer upon their arrival at Meydan.
