Nanirao Vittala and Sukumar Veettil secured contrasting wins in the men's over-60 and over-55 categories in the ITF Dubai Seniors Tennis Championships.

Dubai: Nanirao Vittala and Sukumar Veettil secured contrasting wins in the men's over-60 and over-55 categories in the ITF Dubai Seniors Tennis Championships.
Vittala powered himself to a comfortable 6-1, 6-1 win against Ulf Lamatsch in the men's over-60 years, while Sukumar came back from a set down to win 5-7, 6-1, 6-2 against John Dixon in the men's over-55 category.
In other matches, B. Doumalle defeated C. Dietrich 6-1, 6-1, B. Armstrong powered his way to an easy 6-0, 6-2 win against F. Chams and H. Moseley blanked S. Fouad 6-0, 6-0 in the men's over-35 category.
