Marseille: French number one Jo-Wilfried Tsonga brushed aside compatriot Gilles Simon 6-2, 6-2 on Saturday to set up a showdown with Tomas Berdych in the final of the Marseille Open.

Third seed Tsonga cruised past Simon in just over one hour as he advanced to his first final of the season.
Earlier world number six Berdych, the tournament’s top seed, eased into Sunday’s showpiece with a commanding 6-2, 6-1 victory over Russian qualifier Dmitry Tursunov.
