The final of the Disabled Recurve Open archery competition at the Third Nad Al Sheba (NAS) Ramadan Sports Tournament will be an all-UAE affair with Ebrahim Al Hammadi and Mohammad Najeeb qualifying for the final.

In a field of 21 archers, Al Hammadi and Najeeb were ruthless while disposing off local lad Habib Abdul Majid and Shabbir Ahmad of Pakistan with identical 6-0 scorelines.

In the fight for third place that was held later, Shabbir Ahmad defeated Abdul Majid 6-4 to take home the bronze medal.

Meanwhile, in the Disabled Compound Men Open Ghuloom Rahiminia ended at the top leaving Mohammad Shehhi in second to set up a clash in the gold medal match.

The archery competition was held for the first time in three different categories as part of the annual NAS Ramadan Sports Tournament. All gold medal matches will be now conducted at the NAS Sports Complex on July 6.
