Dubai: Saeed Al Marri and Mohammad Al Janahi claimed the top honours in the inaugural Abu Dhabi Padel Tournament held at the Abu Dhabi Country Club late on Thursday.
Al Marri and Al Janahi, among the few pairs advancing to the knockout stages at the Nad Al Sheba Padel Challenger held earlier this month, were in total control in the final for a comfortable 6-4, 6-4 win over Juan de Dios and Juan Reyna at the Abu Dhabi Country Club’s padel courts.
Talal Al Hashemi from the Abu Dhabi Sports Council was joined by Ali Al Marzouqi, Omar Al Marzouqi and Majdi Al Muhdi from Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank (ADCB), one of the main sponsors of the event.
