Sharjah: Thai Airways and the Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) have confirmed their support of the Sharjah Golf and Shooting Club's (SGSC) Winter Order of Merit Series.
Their support will run concurrently with the Orient Travel Monthly Medal. SGSC hosts one Medal a month for its members which also incorporates an Order of Merit.
The top three in the newly named ‘Road to Thailand' will win Thai Airways return flights to Thailand, accommodation and two 18 hole rounds of golf on two of the many beautiful golf courses Thailand has to offer.
At the announcement Somchai Sukkhasantikul, general manager of UAE and Middle East for Thai Airways, who are joint sponsors of the Orient Travel — Thai Airways Monthly Medal said: "We are delighted to be returning to support the Sharjah Golf and Shooting Club's Monthly Medal series for another season. We have seen the event's popularity grow and as a result it's something we want to have our brand associated with once again".
