Abu Dhabi: Having won the Qatar Masters in 2006 and the Dubai Desert Classic in 2007, Henrik Stenson is keen to pocket the Abu Dhabi Golf Championship, the third event of the 'Gulf Swing' in which he has come second-best twice in three attempts.

"I won Qatar and Dubai. So it would be nice at some stage to have all three," said the Dubai-based Swede, who finished second twice and eighth once in the previous three editions of the event.

Last year, the young Martin Kaymer demolished the strong field at the tournament and Stenson was forced to share second place .

In the inaugural year, the Swede, battling a stomach bug, took a one-shot lead into the final day before American Chris DiMarco finished one shot ahead to win the Falcon Trophy.

"I would like to go one better obviously. I've been second twice, so a win would be nice," he said.
