Shreya Radia of the Emirates Golf Club (EGC) captured the final Byrne JDP Medal of the season last week, and her second in just four starts.

Completing a dazzling nine-hole net total of 32 points around Jebel Ali's Resort Course, the 13-year-old Indian got the better of a 37-strong field, which included 34 boys.

Playing from a 36 handicap Radia, who is tipped to challenge Nasha Sarkari for next season's Girls Opens and Order of Merit, pipped Hassan Alsam (NASC) and Sean Thornberry (EGC) by a single stroke.

Trophies were also collected by Matthew Irish (TMD) and Saad Khan (EGC) for nearest the pin and longest drive awards. The final three qualifying spots for the 18-hole Byrne JDP Medal Final will be at NASC on May 12.
