Dubai: Hannah Green of Australia and long-hitting Brittany Lincicome of the United States led their respective teams to victories in the Omega Dubai Ladies Classic pro am at Emirates Golf Club on Tuesday.

Green’s Omega IV team, comprising Gurbax Singh, Satnam Kaur and Gurinder Singh, carded a solid 30-under to take the morning shot gun honours while Lincicome’s EGA III team that included former UAE national champion Walid Al Attar, Maurizio La Noce and Takao Matsutani returned a brilliant 37-under, beating their nearest challengers by a good five shots.

Henri Burrus, Area Sales Manager, Omega, and Chris May, CEO of Dubai Golf, presented the prizes.

The top three finishers in the Morning shot gun were Omega IV team, comprising of Hannah Green (pro), Gurbax Singh, Satnam Kaur and Gurinder Singh

(30 under par); Team Palm of Thidapa Suwannapura (pro), Raj Janardhan, Pansy Gonsalvez, Arjun Gupta (28 under) and Byrne Equipment Rental of Nicole Garcia (pro), Brian Lawson, Andy Mercer and Simon Hickson (26-under), respectively.

In the afternoon shot gun, Lincicome was assisted well by Walid Al Attar, Maurizio La Noce and Takao Matsutani. Second place finishers Emirates NBD III comprised of Amelia Lewis (pro), Prateek Vahie, Manoj Kapur and Achal Ghai (32-under) while the third-placed Gulf News III team had Inci Mehmet (pro), Henna Jodha, Vanessa North and Soumaya Argui (30-under).
