Dubai: Joseph Ghossoub, Chief Executive Officer of the Holding Group, and Fadi Mehio, Managing Director of Al Araka Decor, won the Middle East Corporate Cup presented by Dubai Sports City at The Montgomerie Dubai yesterday with 43 points.
They now qualify for the final of the Corporate Masters at Monte Rei in November.
The runners-up on 41 points were Mohammed Al Murad and Jonathan Mellor, while Asim Arshad Managing Director of travel sponsors Orient Travel and his partner Bayer Khan finished 3rd on 40 points after a count-back.
Over 70 per cent of the field were chief executives, managing directors or board level directors. U. Balasubramaniam, Chief Executive Officer of Dubai Sports City, the presenting sponsors of the event, commented: "The winners reflect the quality of this new event on the Dubai golf circuit.
