Abu Dhabi: The Abu Dhabi Golf Club (ADGC) hosted the second of three Emirates Golf Federation (EGF) Summer Swing events on Friday.

The talented field of golfers competed in a Pairs Shamble Stableford format on the ADGC’s par-72 Championship course.

Chris De Kock and Arto Schroderus came out on top, winning after a countback with a total of 45 points. The winners received trophies and a two-night stay at Westin Hotels & Resorts Abu Dhabi, the sponsors of the event.

Peter Lane and Jermeiah Kaplan finished in second place, also with 45 points, while rounding out the top three was Tim Taylor and Patrick Stevens on a countback after scoring 43 points.

During the event there were also two on-course challenges for the players to compete in. Peter Lane won both, the Nearest To The Pin on hole 12 and the Longest Drive on Hole 9.

The Summer Swing will be back in action for the final event on September 25 at Jumierah Golf Estates in Dubai.
