Abu Dhabi: Etihad Airways is "putting" the Abu Dhabi Golf Championship (ADGC) on the map through an innovative golfing challenge for local shoppers at one of the UAE capital's leading shopping malls.

The Abu Dhabi-based airline's role as a diamond sponsor of this week's ADGC swung into action at the Al Wahda Mall, with shoppers invited to putt their way around a series of holes on a specially designed world map of Etihad's global destinations.

Every participant in the "round the world" putting challenge has been entered into a special prize draw and the lucky winner will receive a pair of tickets to Beijing in China, Etihad's latest destination.
