A full field of golfers descended on Sharjah Golf and Shooting Club recently in an attempt to get their hands on the May editions of the BMW Open Social. All golfers competed in pairs playing played fourball better ball and were eager to get to get their hands on the prizes.
Topping the leaderboard at the end of the days play with a sensational round of golf was the duo of Shoab Khan and Vivek George who posted a staggering eleven under par sixty one. The pairs round included six birdies and three net eagles. The pair both contributed equally and were delighted to walk away with the prizes on offer and be crowned champions of the May edition of the BMW Open.
Other winners on the day were the pair of Rajesh Chitti and Adhip Shankar who claimed best front nine with a very impressive six under par thirty. It was then Aditya Kulkarni and James Cross who took home the spoils for best back nine with a brilliant back nine of five under par thirty one.
