Ravi Khanna was the August OMA Emirates Medalford champion on the Fire course with an excellent score of net 68, (-4).

The winner of the Gents Division A was Rory Woodland, who scored a net 69 (-3). He managed to win by two shots, which included two net eagles in his round.

In runners-up place in the Gents Division A was Gerhard Vorster with a respectable net 73 (+1). Lee Hewitt came third in the Gents Division A, losing on count back to Gerhard.

The Gents Division B winner by one shot was Steve Noon with a net 68 (-4). Louis Pearson was the runner-up with a score of net 69 (-3). The third-place position went to Duncan O’Sullivan, who scored the same as Louis but just lost out on count back.

Jane Vorster claims Lady's category

Winner of the Lady’s category with a score of net 81 (+9) was Jane Vorster. After Jane had a Hole-in-One on Wednesday, Jane came back to defend against Lady Captain Evelyn Downham to win the two-way count back.

The Senior's category was won by Alistair Mcllroy who shot a great score of net 70 (-2). Alistair had seven net birdies throughout this round.

Winning the Gross category with a superb score in some challenging conditions was Carl Downham, who shot a gross 71 (-1). The runner-up was David Marshall, who shot a consistent 72 (Par) which included four birdies.

Ian Mellows won the Stableford category with a fantastic score of 39 points, including an amazing back nine with 21 points. The runner-up position went to Paul Ludlam who scored 37 points.

Hole in One

Massive congratulations to Robert Standing who got a Hole-in-One on the 8th, not surprisningly winning the 'Nearest the Pin' also! On the 14th hole Micheal Lennon was 11 feet away which won him the 'Nearest the Pin'. Finally, 'Beat the Pro' was located on the 2nd hole, only three golfers managed to beat our Tommy Fleetwood Academy Teaching Professional Jackson Bell. Congratulations to Duncan O’Sullivan who was lucky enough to be drawn out as the winner.
