Dubai: Would you like to become an English FA qualified football coach right here in Dubai?
Sounds too good to be true doesn't it?
But thanks to The Jebel Ali International Centre of Excellence, it could be a dream come true for 16 lucky candidates.
The International Foundation Coaching Course will take place from May 28 to June 7. The course will be held on Fridays/Saturdays from 9am to 5pm and Sundays-Thursdays from 6pm-10pm. Candidates will be expected to complete every day of the course.
Academy manager Chris Brown told XPRESS: "The new International courses from the English FA have taken over from the Level 1 and Level 2 courses which we previously ran qualifying over 150 coaches to the Level 1 standard and over 50 to the Level 2 standard.
"This will be the third Foundation course we have run since we piloted the first one last May and they have proved very popular as they encompass parts of the Level 1 and 2 + also some of the 1st youth module which is very popular back in England.
"No experience of coaching is necessary to take part in the Foundation course and we have people from the age of 16 to 60 both men and women from the UAE and people travelling from Kuwait, Singapore, Bahrain and Africa plus Dubai based expats from all over the world take part."
The price for the course is Dh3,000.
