Dubai: Former Manchester United coach Sir Alex Ferguson will share his managerial knowhow with business leaders in Dubai this November.

Ferguson, 72, who retired last year after winning 38 titles in 26 years with the English Premier League’s most successful club, has been named as the keynote speaker at the Arabian Business Awards to be held at the JW Marriott Marquis Hotel, Dubai, on November 10.

The following day, Ferguson will give a second speech, and take part in a question-and-answer session with BBC presenter Andrew Neil at the Arabian Business Forum.

Ferguson’s unique managerial approach was recently studied by the Harvard Business School, where he currently lectures in The Business of Entertainment, Media and Sport.

Tickets for the black tie Arabian Business Awards cost Dh995 and include a gala dinner, while tickets for the Arabian Business Forum cost Dh745. Tickets for both events are on sale now from www.timeouttickets.com.
