The team, one of the Abu Dhabi Sports Club teams, is preparing to help spread the game between local ladies as the UAE FA has formed a special committee for improving ladies football in the country.
The delegation, headed by Hafsa Al Olamaa, features 16 players: Naiela Ebrahim, Hakima Bu Sitta, Hassa Al Baloushi, Salma Hassan, Aysha Saleh, Sara Hassanain, Alaa Hassan, Noora Al Mazrouie, Noora Al Aseeri, Tala Wareel, Nouf Al Ansari, Fatima Al Rawashidi, Samira Al Kaabi, Al Jaleela Al Nuaimi, Horiya Tahiri and Maryam Ebrahim.
The training camp, which comes to a close on August 14, aims to prepare the players for playing full matches of 11 players instead of seven-a-side competitions which they are used to playing.
The team will play a number of friendly matches against Swiss ladies teams to provide the players with valuable experience and polish their individual talent.
