London: Pakistan has taken the one-day series against England to a deciding fifth match after winning by 38 runs, on a day relations between the two teams threatened to boil over following fresh corruption claims.

Having set England 266 to win the fourth one-dayer and take an unassailable lead in the series, Pakistan bowled the home side out for 227 in 46.1 overs at Lord's.

The match had gone ahead despite England's outrage at Pakistan Cricket Board chairman Ijaz Butt's accusation that England players threw Friday's match at The Oval, which Pakistan won by 23 runs to keep the series alive.

Butt's allegations came after an investigation was opened by the ICC following claims the scoring in Pakistan's innings on Friday was prearranged.

If Pakistan is loosing a game, world is saying they fixed the match. Now they are winning the match they are saying again match was fixed. Where will they go? I think Pakistan should tie the match. Well done Pakistan,This is a strong reply for all allegators. keep it up. ICC should be neutral towards all teams.

What a lovely comeback by the Pakistani team. England too played a good match but the better side was Pakistan in the end. We cricket fans want to see matches like this and not want to be involved in bogus and cheap newspaper talks. For us its a beautiful One day series of the year.. keep it up both teams.

Now PCB should hold an investigation that English team took money to lose this match and Some pakistani news paper should publish details of this deal so that ICC have sufficient evidence to suspend whole English team, bcuz world courts are just to have fun as indicated by ICC's past actions. Well Done Pakistan Team

This is a strong message to all the allegation alligators out there...! Interestingly there is not "Monday times" or any other "Times" publishing yet another money making news of spot fixing today. Just a nudge and English team is crying out that they were not able to prepare for the match as they were busy trying to find a way out to trying to cover up their humiliating loss in the 3rd ODI. Now here is a trick, all the other cricket playing teams denies any involvement in 'Match Fixing' and ICC with the help of some cheap News reports is after Team Pakistan like anything, meaning that its only Pakistan cricket team is involved in fixing, just imagine how rich must be these guys as all the bookies are only fixing with them. I think Mr. Haroon Loogat it is time for him to GO and let the game of Cricket be free of politics.
