Kings XI Punjab trounced Bangalore Royal Challengers by 9 wickets after scoring 144 runs for the loss of one wicket in 15.4 overs in an Indian Premier League (IPL) Twenty20 match at the Punjab Cricket Association (PCA) Stadium here on Monday.

Mohali: Kings XI Punjab trounced Bangalore Royal Challengers by 9 wickets after scoring 144 runs for the loss of one wicket in 15.4 overs in an Indian Premier League (IPL) Twenty20 match at the Punjab Cricket Association (PCA) Stadium here on Monday.

Earlier, Kings XI Punjab bowlers restricted Bangalore Royal Challengers to 143 for the loss of eight wickets.

Mark Boucher was the top scorer with 39 while Sreesanth was the best bowler with three for 29 from his four overs.
