Dubai: UAE's budding cricketers will be able to get coaching tips from yet another West Indies cricketer soon. The G Force Cricket Academy is organising a ten-day edutainment cricket programme with former West Indies captain Jimmy Adams in Bangalore.

Two weeks ago, former West Indies opener Desmond Haynes had provided tips to the youngsters of this academy in Dubai.

"We have now set up a cricket school in Bangalore to further expand our coaching activities where top former cricketers turned coaches will be regularly visiting to provide tips.

"Youngsters from here will be flown to Bangalore for sessions which will include most modern coaching techniques including video analysis by professionals who have done it for Indian Premier League teams," said Gopal Jasapara, head coach of the G Force Academy.

"The school will be called SGK International Cricket School and Adam's coaching session will be held there. The coaches who will regularly visit this school include T.A. Sekar, the MRF Pace Academy's chief coach who has shaped the careers of some of the world's finest pacers, Ashish Kapoor, Senthil Nathan, R. Madhavan and S. Sriram," added Jasapara.

Plans are on to make the school available for Non Resident Indians (NRI) who wants to continue their education while training at the cricket school. "This school is located in Kanakpura Road, where there are many schools and arrangements will be made to get admission in them. Students can stay in the cricket hostel while studying there," he said.

"Our academy is thankful to the sponsorship support from Dubai-based Rosy Blue. Their support has enabled us to fly in India A team coach Pravin Amre and many legends to Dubai. The Adams coaching session will be our seventh." For details contact Jasapara on 050-4559083 or visit www.cricketlovers.com.
