Mohali: Struggling Bangalore Royal Challengers face a must-win situation when they take on Kings XI Punjab in their away match in the Indian Premier League (IPL) on Monday.
Royal Challengers, it has been a tough road in the inaugural Twenty20 tournament. The Bangalore team have registered just two victories - against Mumbai Indians and Deccan Chargers - and lost six matches.
The Rahul Dravid-led Bangalore team, languishing at the bottom of the table, cannot afford another defeat, if they want to keep their semifinal hopes alive. A loss here might see a premature end to their IPL campaign this season.
Kings XI, on the other hand, have came back strongly after two defeats in the beginning.
