Abu Dhabi Indian School teams make winning start
Ashfaq shines for U-16 and Singh for U-14
Abu Dhabi: Mohammad Ashfaq and Manpreet Singh played match-winning roles to help Abu Dhabi Indian School (ADIS) win matches in the Under-16 and Under-14 categories respectively in the Abu Dhabi inter-school tournament being organised by the Abu Dhabi Cricket Council.
ADIS Under-16s got the better of Sherwood by 18 runs and the school then beat Sunrise School by 93 runs in the Under-14 section. Ashfaq hit 72 off 70 deliveries in their victory over Sherwood to help ADIS post 173 for nine.
