Sonali Bendre, Vivek Oberoi attend Zee event

Bollywood actors Sonali Bendre and Vivek Oberoi along with small screen stars, including Drashti Dhami and Shabir Ahluwalia, added glamour to the Zee Rishtey Awards 2015 in Mumbai.

The Bandra-Kurla Complex ground in the city on Saturday night was full of TV buffs who came to watch their favourite stars live.

The cast of all the Zee TV shows, such as Kumkum Bhagya, Ek Tha Raja Ek Thi Rani, Qubool Hai and Satrangi Sasural, were at the event. This included Drashti Dhami, Shabir Ahluwalia, Sriti Jha, Deepshikha Nagpal and Shilpa Shirodkar.

The actors made their entry in unique ways — some came through a giant snow globe or rode in on a chariot.

The set was designed to look like Mumbai’s Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus.

Comedians Krushna Abhishek and Bharti Singh livened up the show, which also saw Kiku Sharda and Sugandha Mishra cracking jokes.

Director Sajid Khan, who along with Bendre and Oberoi will judge the channel’s next reality show, India’s Best Dramebaaz, also attended the event.

The stage was electrified by dazzling performances by Dhami, Ankita Sharma and Vrushika Mehta to songs such as Deewani Mastani, Prem Ratan Dhan Payo and Mera Naam Mary Hai.

It also saw energetic dance performances by the talents of dance reality show Dance India Dance.

The Zee Rishtey Awards 2015 will be aired on December 6 on Zee TV.
