Salman Khan uncomfortable with kissing on screen
Actor says he isn’t shy and would pucker up if there was a need to
Salman Khan has played romantic roles in multiple films, but the actor says he never felt the need to kiss on screen.
The Bajrangi Bhaijaan star, who’s now awaiting the release of Prem Ratan Dhan Payo, opened up about his personal life on TV show M Bole Toh.
After being asked by host Husain Dalal why he doesn’t kiss in movies, Khan said: “I am very uncomfortable. I’m not shy but I just don’t like it. I just don’t think there’s a need to kiss on screen. Jis din aisi need hogi, kar lunga. But abhi tak to mujhe aisi koi zaroorat lagti nahin hai to kiss on screen (if there is a need, I may do it. But till now I haven’t felt the need to).”
Khan and Sonam Kapoor, who acts alongside the actor in the Sooraj Barjatya directorial, shared their thoughts about the film, their star families, fan mail and their first crushes.
Khan also went into flashback mode to recall working with Barjatya in Maine Pyar Kiya and Hum Aapke Hain Koun..!.
