Dubai: Modhesh World has rolled out its 17th edition, with a bigger calendar of events this year including a line-up of action-packed rides and entertainment acts for residents and visitors.

The largest indoor seasonal edutainment theme park in the region, running from June 27 until August 27, at the Dubai World Trade Centre, is gearing up to receive visitors from diverse cultural backgrounds during the 9th edition of the ‘Eid in Dubai — Eid Al Fitr’ celebrations organised by the Dubai Festivals and Retail Establishment (DFRE), an agency of the Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM).

Various international acts and shows are scheduled to be held to keep the family entertained in Eid. Special Eid entertainment includes “The Magical Garden” show, the famous ‘Diablo’ show from the popular Spain Got Talent, a giant 3D painting, the “B Boys” ninja art show and many more. Tickets are priced at Dh35 during Eid Days only.

This year, Modhesh World is organising special attractions for children of all ages. For the very first time at the theme park, there will be a Zip Line spanning across the halls of Modhesh World as a part of the Dewa Action Planet; a zip climb and slide experience inclusive of giant slides and climbing walls which are sure to enthral all the adventure enthusiasts.

Another first this year is the Haunted House and the Fly Jump for adrenalin-pumped visitors. Modhesh World has also included an Ice Rink at the venue for visitors of all age groups.

Moreover, renowned children’s entertainment enterprise Nickelodeon will be present at Modhesh World. The dedicated Nickelodeon space will be built around three of the company’s most popular series: Dora the Explorer, SpongeBob SquarePants and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, with a range of immersive activities and games entertaining kids and their families every day throughout the season.

This Eid Modhesh World will play host to globally revered stuntman Diablo, winner of Spain’s Got Talent, who will be presenting his gravity-defying acts. Additionally, the entertainment line-up also includes special appearances by the award-winning Russian dance troupe B-Boys.
